Tallinn University opens a LIFE Course to support Ukrainians

LIFE is a university-wide project-based course, which is compulsory for all Bachelor and Master level students. LIFE is a study course where students from different study areas collaborate with academics to carry out projects focusing on interdisciplinary problems of their own interest. LIFE course is assessed on a non-differentiated assessment scale and has a course volume of 6 ECTS (=156 hours). Work is carried out in teams that consist of 6 students, including students from at least three different study areas.

The project team calls students to take part in a project named “Citizen engagement actions to provide humanitarian aid or educational support to Ukrainians in Estonia and Ukraine”. Lianne Teder, Larissa Jõgi and Triin Roosalu are welcoming the students who want to give input and develop support activities for Ukrainian refugees. Students can take into account the results and methodology of the project Baltics 4UA, develop and organize the activities for providing humanitarian aid or/and educational support to Ukrainians in Estonia and Ukraine. The registration is open for TLU students until 11th of September 2023.

The aim of the project is to develop and create (preparing, organizing, running, evaluating, analyzing and reporting) support activities for engaging citizens to provide humanitarian aid and /or educational support to Ukrainians in Estonia and in Ukraine.
